Does anyone else have chronic pain like I do=12 surgeries for 4-6 inch deep rectal abscesses ETC

yea had a fistula lanced when i was 11 yrs. old. had crohn`s scence i was 10 .. last surgury lost my sigmoid and half my rectum.. i get teriable pain every day,( I get woke up around 4am. with a gut ache, and thats the start of the toilet marathon..) before-- during -= after bowel movement.. loads of fun? NOT..... I take pain killers also. they suck the life out of a person that`s why i can`t figure out how people abuse these drugs.. I hate`em... my GI. says getting an Ileostomy may put and end to the rectal pain? but he no sure?,, I guess some C.Y.A. encase i decide to have bag and still have problems, I also get gut pain daily cause of the scar tissue, from prior resection`s.. after eat about an hour i got to put heating pad on my gut and roll from side to side to get things moving, I got university hospital this move going to talk about Ileostomy..I just don`t know weather i can do a surgery right know the last around 4-5 yrs. ago. i thought i died and came back a couple of times, and the mess was so bad one of the best collorectal surgens said he really doen`t want to operate on me unless very needed because, the last time my colon (petrafied) his words not mine.. he was more shocked my colon didn`t burst because it went down through my pelvic floor and was all twisted up.....so I`m stuck with about 10% of my colon left, and my gi said whats left of my rectum is scared up and the once plyable skin is like leather,he said from past flare-up`s and hard stools it`s a matter of time till i won`t have a choice but to get the bag, i asked about dialation he said because the skin is tough it could cause a tear, and then I would need prompt surgery, to get the bag, so I guess I`ll find out soon, I`ve had it with the pain meds,,if they say you can try the ballon treatment ask how long it would last, hope it works out for ya, oh and the GI.says that there`s also to much thickening in the left over rectum, and whats left of the 10% of my colon they used for reatachment,, hope things work the way you want,,and you get some relief..
