PICO-SALAX

o.k... long story. But has anyone used this for the colonoscopy? It says on it to "Talk with your doctor if you have IBD before taking. Long story short I didnt get in touch with the doctor and I reallllly dont wanna bother trying the go lightly prep if I can help it. The pharmacist said this should work but is best if my doctor reccomend but doc instructions said use go lightly. I have none of the problems it mentions especially in the DO NOT TAKE IF part but another part says talk to your doctor if IBD. Pharmacist said it could just make my CD worse... I would say right now there is little to no inflammation going on that I know of anyway. I di have some flaring at the start of month but has really been feeling good last while. Has anyone taken this with no problems? The GO lightly makes me puke vioently

Also the colonoscopy was scheduled as routine 1 year follow up to compare to emergency one last year... Anyone tryed pikosalax

Picosalax is the best one I've ever used. It's not harsh at all. Not much to take either. I've used it twice. Once I drank water as instructed and ended up in ICU, unconsious with hyponatremia. I suggest gatorade.

It's very easy on the gut not anything like the inappropriately named go lightly.

Just slammed down the first glass... easy as pie and now onto the gatorade. Kinda worries me you said you ended up unconscious. heh I am home alone for next hour have to hope for the best...
