The word "cure" is what raises red flags for me, and I will almost immediately dismiss most of what they say. Even more so if they are looking at trying to get people to take certain brands of things. If they are offering their email address because they are selling something, that's even a bigger red flag.
I will really shake my head if they are telling people to get off of their current treatments and take xx supplements, and it will cure them. I think that is just down right dangerous and foolish.
I think it's fine that people say what may have helped them. There is nothing wrong with that. But anyone that claims cures, sells it, and tells you to drop your regular treatments all raises huge red flags for me and I tend to just flat out ignore them.
