Hi everyone I updating about myself my Crohn's Disease is still in
remission. I have been on Enbrel for 27 weeks and I am doing fine. I was able to be on this med because of my RA Arthritis. My Gi Doctor
is fine with me being on the Enbrel. He could not prescribe this med
only my rheumy doctor could put me on this med. Which is helping
my RA and my Crohn's.

Way to go Teddy! Thanks for the update. Have you noticed any side effects from taking Embrel? Hope the good news continues for a very long time.

Isn't Enbrel a biologic which was found to make Crohn's worse? :-/

Anyway, congrats on being in remission regardless :p

Good for you, I'm happy you are having success with the Embrel for both conditions.  Thanks for posting, now I know it could be in my future also if I develop Lupus from the Humira. 

What form of Vit D do you take?  I find that after 3 bowel resections vitamins give me a stomach ache.

No its not true does not make your Crohn's worse. My CD is still
in remission for over 15 years.

Julia I take soft Vit D pill. I have no problem when taking then.

Hi,

I wondered about the brand name of the vitamin D as I noticed you only take it once a week. My bowel might be able to handle that.
