I struggle with eating clean whole foods without getting bored with my diet. I typically eat:
breakfast: eggs/egg whites, turkey bacon,sometimes I eat blueberries or strawberries, black coffee with a packet of Truvia, water or green tea
snack: banana, hummus & carrots, "thats it" bar or a cucumber (without peel)
lunch: 4-5 oz of baked/grilled chicken breast or fish, cucumber and/or zucchini/squash, or asparagus, sometimes some quinoa too
snack: I hardly eat dairy, but sometimes I'll treat myself to Greek yogurt, or a snack from above
Dinner: same as lunch
snack: green tea, fresh watermelon, or sometimes I eat a Lara bar, but yesterday after I ate one my stomach bloated out, so won't be eating those for a while.
I try to add in other veggies when I can, but I can only tolerate the three I mentioned without any repercussions. I try to drink as much water as possible during the day and I have a super sweet tooth, so I occasionally indulge, but I try to keep sugar out as much as possible.
