Oh and I'm definitely in agreement with the above posts. I don't plan on giving up my salads or veggies forever, but right now I'm juicing and taking probiotic greens to get them. It helps too since I can do without the fiber right now. I definitely found broccoli, onions and eating out at Thai or Mongolian grill (where they just grill the veggies a bit and not fully cook them), to really bother me. Most of my episodes were after eating meals like these with partially cooked veggies/roughage. It's trial and error for everyone as some foods that bother others here, don't bother me and visa versa. Good luck and everyone here as you probably already noticed are really nice. They offer a lot of great advice!
