Current Prometheus Tests Question

It has been several years now since we last ran a Prometheus that we used to monitor whether my Imuran dosage was w/in effective dosing limits but below hepatotoxicity levels. I don't know but that test has been "improved" or "updated" nor do I remember the necessary code for it.

Is anyone here using this or similar Prometheus test now who would know the current name and/or billing code for it?

I've had some weight loss since we established my current dosage and I'm running into some "mild" indications that we may have my immune system tamped down a bit more than would be ideal so I'd like to have the test run to see just were I do stand w/the current Imuran dosage or whether we need to adjust it down just a bit.

I've been doing so well (I'm DELIGHTED to say) that I've been really neglecting (I'm SORRY to say) this forum and am way out of date on much that has been and is transpiring in current testing and treatment.

We should get together to discuss pulmonary hypertension. I've been Dx'd w/it and can't really argue the situation given my COPD and oxygen use, however, they haven't "measured" the pulmonary artery pressure.

I recently had a TEE for MV regurgitation (and some Tricuspid as well) and they didn't do a measure of the suspected PH!!!! The "Dx" is from a .... hmmm, was it the echocardiogram? Or the chemical stress test???
