hi all im due to have a colonoscopy tomorrow and had nothing to eat today. I tool my moviprep as directed at 7pm and as of yet have not been to the toilet. im due to take my next dose at 6am do i still take it on time or do i take it early to try to ensure i have actually been before my appointment. many thanx

Think I would just take it on time as directed, but if you still haven't been by tomorrow, I would tell the nurse before you have the colonoscopy. Perhaps they'll give you an enema, or something.

I think it is unlikely you won't go before then, but just in case.

I think you will be fine and you should take it as directed. It always takes me several hours before I start pooping. Good luck with your colonoscopy.
