Crohns Disease and Ulcerative Colitis with back pain, abdominal seizures, and dermatitis supremativa

I'm thirty nine. I was diagnosed with crohns at age eleven. I have one of those special cases where it morphed into also having uc and later developing diverticulitis along with crohns. For years now I've had seizures in my abdominal area, horrible lower back spasms, and a skin condition in the groin area causing painful abscesses. I've tried everything to alleviate the later symptoms with no avail. It has come to the point that I'm almost ashamed for my husband to see me naked with the lights on. I feel like I'm all alone here, does anyone else share these symptoms, or can anyone relate? I'm just so disgusted that an illness that robbed me of a normal childhood, is now trying to rob me of the happy place that took me 28 years to achieve. At wits end! Help!!!

Unfortunately, crohns+colitis is somewhat rare as far as I know, so I am not familiar at all with the treatments, etc..

I'm considered Crohns-colitis, I believe, but I have not been diagnosed with both at this time. I have a case of indeterminate colitis, really, where they can't decide what's what.

I would also love to know what treatment plan you're on, as per kazbern's question. Also, are you seeing a dermatologist for the skin condition? And also, have you had physical therapy for the back spasms?

And finally, have you recently been tested for a UTI or kidney issues?

@welcome..I'm new also. I'm just beginning to figure out thee is a connection with hidraenitus suppertiva an chrones. The abscesses in my groin area seem to respond to the hormones estracee. They are better..but not gone
