Cris,
What an unbelievable ordeal you've been through. I couldn't even imagine having to deal with the adversity you've been through. I can't believe you had the strength and fortitude to finish your education while going through a good portion of this.
I think you definitely need some help now. In every way. Mentally, emotionally and of course physically. If you have a good GP, I would start there, as a family Doctor should have a network of resources, and should be able to put you on the right track to the help and support you need.
Since being diagnosed with Lymphoma, I would think that your Crohn's treatment options have shrunk. What are you going to do as far as maintenance goes?
If you have the strength, it might do you a world of good to try getting physically active. Even if you start with a 1 or 2 hour walk every day. You'd be suprised how something so simple can lift your spirits, and clear your head to help you think.
I'm not sure if you're a religious person, but if so, perhaps seeking out the imput of your local priest. There is Christian councelling available.
I just wish you all the best. Your story was certainly very moving. Prayers coming your way. Please keep posting updates.
Tom.
