I haven't been on for a long time. but for the last 5 months i've been in a flair. I would like to know if there is any tricks anyone could share.
i need something.

You need to try your own tricks... everyone is so different. Try starting a food diary keep this on going for a year and see if you can find trigger foods. Take your meds reguraly. Talk to doctor about
new meds etc... probitics, special diets etc have all helped some. But everyone is verry different hope you feel better soon :)

Sorry that you are suffering. From your signature, I can see that you are on Remicade and Asacol. May be you might need to increase the dose. What about
Asacol? You are on 3g/day, right? I take 4g and whenever I go down to 3g things get aggravated. Talk to your doctor; s/he should have a solution for this. Def, agree w Sooper. I boycotted high fibers 2 years ago and started to become better. It's your own observation and decision of what works best for you.
