Please give your opinion why this plant helps crohns

Below is the makeup of cannabis. Why does it help so many people with Crohns?

I did not know that the plant had so many properties. Here are the reasons I see.

CBD is an immunosuppressant, anti-inflammatory, bone stimulant (counteracts the side effect of steroids), intestinal anti-prokinetic.

Anyone see anything else that is helpful for us?

I think this plant is like any other medication. Results will vary. This plant assists with nothing other than pain and appetite for myself. It doesn't stop my intestines from bleeding. It doesn't stop the inflammation in my anus, etc.

My friend tried telling me such and such amount of this smoked was more powerful than steroids for inflammation, it might be for some, but I have smoked grams upon grams and this has nothing on cortifoam.

It helps me with energy and appetite. I boil it with alcohol though, and drink it.
