Need to vent and get some support please

For the last past 5 years I have had absesses that have needed surgery to drain. Finally they found a fistula and I have just had it blocked with a mucosal flap in my lower rectum because it couldn't be opened as it covered too much of my sphicter muscles.

Recovery from this surgery has been very challenging especially with the pain after bowel motions.
I have stopped the anti-constipation meds as I was going too much. Just gonna have lots of fruit to make sure I go regularly and softly. Has anyone had this op or this pain???

When I had my colonoscopy a few months back they said I don't have crohns.
