So my friend and I went out for lunch. My other friend just became a chef, and she is from Costa Rica. She got a job as head chef serving authentic Costa Rican food. The food tasted fantastic. I made sure not to have any fresh veggies. I had a soup with cooked veggies and a chalupa with chicken, black beans, guacamole, cilantro, etc. about
two hours later I barely made it home and had massive D. I feel fine now, so I don't think it's food poisoning, and my friend is fine. I'm just astounded that food can digest that fast! Does that happen for any of you? Also I eat rice and beans, and guacamole, etc at home...I can't figure out what was different. Do you think it could be just a coincidence? Drats.... I really liked that food!!!!
