I was wondering how high is too high. May daughter (Age 22) has been doing very well lately after a fecal transplant to fight a 2 year battle with c-diff. Her Fecal Calprotectin test had come back at 1048 right after the procedure, but since than she was felt wonderful. Now 2 months after the procedure, she gets another one and it came back 972!! I was expecting at least half that with how she was feeling. Her doctor told me that the 1048 was the highest he has ever seen. We have been appealing with our insurance for them to cover humera, but no luck at this point so she continues with pentasa and entocourt. Have any of you had it that high and still felt well? Thanks for your help.
