help appreciated! :)

Hello everyone! My names Courtney Im needing your personal opinions
So awhile now I have been experiencing these symptoms. My GI thinks i have crohns. I am currently getting blood and stool tests completed by my GI doctor. And will get conformation once completed the tests.

1) very gassy stomach
2) always feeling nausea
3) very bad abdomen pain
4) loose stool but not diharria(sometimes have it)
5) getting hemroids
6) very bubbly stomach non stop
7) pulsating in my abdomen ( like a heart beat)
8) green/brown/ black & white stool
9) mucus in my stool
10) 5'0 weigh 110 pounds will gain weight one day, and its gone 2 days later

These symptoms happen EVERY SINGLE DAY. And its getting exaughsting. I sometimes dont even eat cause im scared of the pains.


I ALWAYS have a bubbly/"talkative" stomach. Whether its eating or not eating its always making a bubbly feeling. After i eat I feel bloated. And usually always have to go after I eat. And then I let go a very soft stool and sometimes have string of mucus in it. (Not watery like diharria but when it comes out it feels like it is sometimes I have diharria) Sometimes I feel like my insides are moving and get very gassy and when I sit when I have diharria I get shakey, pukey feeling and goosbumps. And I get goosbumps from the stomach pain. Sometimes I get stomch pains in my lower/middle left abdomen for about 30min to an hour and then I feel it going up and switching to the right side and it will stay there for hours. Its so bad to where im in a ball with goosbumps with pain. Yesterday I had 2 hard stools finally. but were green. After that it was white and brown. Ive never really seen any blood in my stool. Im constantly also getting headaches, dizzieness, and back pain. As soon as im doneeating im doubled over in pain. Sometimes the stomach pains will come and go. Example: eat, stomach pain, goes away, comes back worse, goes away and comes back again. Im so confused and dont know whats wrong. I also have a bleeding disroder. Im a hemophila. Help me out guys. What does it sound like I have?

Hi Courtney,

I can only echo what Stef has already mentioned. You need to have a colonoscopy scheduled. They will take biopsies with the scope and have them analyzed.

There are numerous conditions that could present with the symptoms you're experiencing.

You should also mention that you want to be tested for lactose intolerance, and gluten sensitivity. You might even want to see and allergist, for a food allergy test. There are a few blood markers that you might want to have checked as well. Get some labs done, and have them look at your CRP, Sedimentation rate, iron, Vitamin D and B12.

It is really hard before you have an accurate diagnosis and you are waiting for test results. I'm glad you have a doctor looking into things and I hope you feel better soon.
