Over the years I have had a real issues with trying to figure out a good diet, my CD has been a constant battle and I and starting to get really tired and frustraited. So far I have noticed that the following items have caused me some issues - Any alcohol, Dairy, Fresh Fruit and Vegitables, Proiotics, and Greasy foods all give me issues.
I am trying to get my body in to shape especually for my career (Corrections Officer) and my diet just seems to trouble me. My weight has constantly fluctuated over the past ten years and I really want to loose this non-alcoholic beer gut I have developed.
Unfortinately I have been using the VA for my treatment and they have not been muchhelp in the rehlm of nutrition, any ideas?
