Ileostomy reversal question.....

Hello,

Has anyone here had experience with rectal scarring and an ileostomy reversal? I had to have a temp ileostomy because of my colon being perforated during a colonoscopy two years ago. I am currently on Stelara and my colon looks so much better, but now they tell me I have a lot of scarring in the rectum, and might not be able to do the reversal? Does anyone have any information about this? Going for a second opinion with another colon/rectal surgeon this week.
