The horrible abdominal pain I had 2 days ago is back- Any advice?

Two days ago, I posted about having a horrible abdominal pain and bloating. I was vomiting then, and constipated. I took a laxative and had d. When I saw my GI the day before yesterday, I was screaming out of headache and nearly fainted. I couldn't explain to him the cause of my visit.
Now, this pain is back and I have a feeling as if my rectum is closed. I took 2 antispasmodics but can't see any effect. All my family members are sleeping and I can't bear the pain anymore. Any suggestions?

Did you not go to the hospital like many people suggested?

Scifigal, thank you. No, I saw my GI and since I had d on that day he was very much concerned w my severe headache and fainting. I did not stress this point. I went alone and he was concerned how I would go home. I don't remember how I managed to go home.

I'm sorry you're still suffering. I'm with scifigal in thinking maybe it's time to go to the hospital. I know it's no fun and the logistics of getting there and back can be irritating, but you might want to figure out a way and go. We all deal with pain, of course, but when it becomes as bad as you're experiencing and won't go away, it's probably time for some attention. Best wishes.

I think it's rectal spasm again. I've had 2 or 3 times this year. It makes as if my rectum is strangled. I mean the word. I can't pass gases or have a bm. All I can do is apply GTN cream which causes headache and low blood pressure.
