Hi fellow Crohnies!

I just wanted to share with you some info about the best colonoscopy prep ever (in my opinion)! I had a colonoscopy a few weeks ago; and was excited (yet apprehensive) about trying a new prep. It's called Prepopik.

You only have to drink 5 ounces twice (the 2nd dose is either later the same day OR the next morning---whichever method your gastro recommends). You still have to drink several 8oz cups of allowed clear liquids of your choice following the dose; but this is SO much more doable than the high volume prep I've previously used!!! I had little to no nausea; no vomiting; no cramping etc. This stuff is amazing.

If you don't mind me asking what kind of neurological issues was you having from humira? I have been on it for 6 years and I'm not doing so good! And thanks for sharing story on prep sounds awesome!

I recently did this prep as well. It is soooo much easier than the other ones I have done (suprep, miralax/gatorade, the old one that caused kidney issues).

In 5 colonoscopies this was the first prep I did not throw up.

Awesome, thanks for the heads up! I will ask my GI next time. A good prep is a fantastic find :)
