Hi dodgr....welcome. I guess my first question is are you getting your iron and B12 levels checked regularly? Keep an eye out for that nasty anemia just in case.
Other than that...my suggestions for dealing with the "always tired" feeling are: nap when you need it!, spread food out through the day (that is my biggest reliever), light exercise actually energizes me (especially stretching exercises). I am an overly prepared type person---my husband thinks I over plan, but having things organized lets me rest more. I also found I do things in spurts and make myself rest between....I do housecleaning on commercial breaks of NCIS
that way I make myself sit for a while then do some work, then rest again.
My best advice is take advantage of the times your feel really well...but don't over do it and pay for it later.
