This could be a lot of things, so I wouldn't assume it's Crohn's. As kazbern said, you (and your parents) should continue to talk with your doctor about your symptoms as time goes on and continue to have tests run.
A lot of your symptoms are common with IBS (the anxiety often a big part of GI issues).
Things like celiac (gluten intolerance) can cause inflammation in the terminal ileum. If you haven't been tested for that yet, you should.
In the meantime, cutting out carbs sounds like a good start. I would also suggest you keep a food and symptom journal where you write down everything you eat each day and how you feel. This is hard to do, but it may help you pinpoint if certain foods are causing you issues.
