Anyway, it takes out fibers that are most irritating and tells you what kind of fibers are usually less irritating. Having no fiber can cause one to be impacted.
some types of fiber and sugar are a feast for unwanted gut bacteria. Try an elimination diet to find out what the source of your fiber problem is. When I feel bad, I go to chicken and broth, rice, lemon juice, tea....get better and then add foods in one at a time to create a balanced diet.
As a matter of fact both of them, i can eat fiber but it shall not be too much and in every meal
too much salad is a problem to me
There is something strange, junk food with low calories does not generate for me any pain!!!
