I sympathise with you. I know nothing about Crohns related Herpes but have had Lichen Sclerosis. It is a painful and difficult condition but mine has improved greatly, I never think about anymore, it's now history. In the end I saw a specialist dermatologist in the field, ( there seem to be more and more around and they tend to be women Dr's ) she prescribed steroid ointments and creams, which really helped and I have managed to put it all into the history book. It is worth discussing with your GI, there are also specialist gynae's but it is a dermatalogical problem. I do have Crohns, but was not on Humira yet when it developed. Try to get an app't as soon as possible, in the meantime it my help to use a barrier cream, in the UK you can buy Dirpobase or Sudocreme at any chemist, it helps alleviate the pain for the moment and is harmless. Don't delay in getting advice, speak to your GI and your Gyenacologist ( there are also specialist Gyneaes in the fields but dermatologists seemed to have more knowledge ) I went to just about everyone about 10 years ago, dermataolists were far more knowlegeable ) as soon as possible, they need to know about it and can make referals. Or you could ask your GP. Good luck.
