I have started using essential oils, which are primarily inhaled or absorbed the by skin..I have used ginger drops under the tongue or with raw honey for nausea at work..I prefer phenegren for nausea, diarrhea, or for stomach cramps..I guess you could try turmeric and black pepper oil on the abdomen..I have only used it on muscle strain.I had neck strain, which it got rid of that..I have used tea tree oil for toe nail fungus caused from long term predisone usage..Essential oils have to be quality therapeutic grade to be effective.I would like to get back into researching Eastern medicine and acupuncture..I have tried colonics before several years back..I have heard of people using cayenne pepper in capsules as well..I have tried slippery elm( and some other herbs), aloe vera juice, ect with no success..There are some on the board that do probiotics and fiber which I can't do.. I would try frankincense, rosemary, ginger, or clove either in a digestive form or oil in a therapeutic form not just any. When I was juicing which the nutribullet and ninjia are the most popular, I seemed to do well..We moved back to Oklahoma from Las Vegas so fruits and veggies weren't plentiful and too expensive in OK..
