If you are going to go the exercise route, you may want to choose one that you can do in a moments notice. Something does not require a class or special
location.
My experience was that I would get big cravings out of nowhere. This happened quite frequently at first but continued for some time. Depending where you live, walking, running biking can be done any time that the craving hits. Yoga, horse back riding, might not be available when you need it (I guess unless, you live on a farm or you do not need a class for yoga...)
