I believe Gumby's post is correct - a higher rate of colon cancer for those with Crohn's colitis, a higher rate of small bowel carcinoma in those with small bowel disease (but apparently small bowel carcinomas are fairly rare, and they're still rare even for those with small bowel Crohn's).
If a person has Crohn's of the stomach, I could see a higher rate of stomach cancer being possible, but I don't know of any data that supports that - probably not enough people with stomach Crohn's to know for sure.
Expected lifetime for people with Crohn's is only slightly lower than the general population (something like 77 yrs versus 78). It's far more a 'makes-you-miserable-but-doesn't-kill-you' disease for the vast majority of people.
