I think that since you are pregnant you should be fast-tracked to see specialists. I know it's different there, but with pregnancies it's not something you can just play around with. Can you call your regular OB and your GI? Just get advice over the phone or see if you can get squeezed in earlier? In the meantime, take out the yogurt and see what happens. I am honestly not that familiar with Greek yogurt - is there sugar in it? Sometimes sugar can irritate the colon. Are you on a prenatal vitamin? I get the gummy ones, they don't make me throw up. See if they can run some blood work on all of your vitamin levels (iron, vitamin B, vitamin D, along with the normal CBC and such).
Have you been on prednisone before? As a last resort, they could maybe give you a lower dose (like 20 mg) to help temporarily. It's not ideal for more than a couple of weeks because it can interfere with how the baby's glands develop (although it's good for the last week or two of pregnancy if you are going to have to deliver early to help the baby's lungs develop more quickly, especially for boys).
Everything is going to be okay. The fact that it's just some D is really okay, especially since you are doing your best to stay hydrated. Throw in some Pedialyte or something, or even just gatorade (if the sugars don't bother you) instead of just water if you feel like you're struggling. Plain water made me sick. I would fill up a gallon pitcher of Kool-aid each day and make sure to drink the whole thing by the end of the day. But I watered it down a lot: just one pack of Kool-aid (instead of two) and half a cup of sugar (instead of a whole cup per package).
