When I became pregnant, my doctors made me go off of 6mp (after all the nastiness I had to put up with that med!) and so my symptoms were worse in the first trimester.
Aside from that, I felt fantastic throughout mt whole pregnancy! Best I've felt in years, in fact! No morning sickness at all, just some post lunchtime nausea and fatigue.
Everyone was quite surprised and my boyfriend said, maybe I should just stay pregnant.
Remicade was fine by itself and I had a textbook csection and amazingly quick recovery.
I was worried about a pp relapse, but I've been ok for the most part, definitely nothing that bad.
My fistula blocked up once and got tender, but it drained eventually.
And my milk started drying up in the 12th week pp, but I still pump and mix it with formula.
To sum up, I think pregnancy induced remission is possible, but not a guarantee, and you're unlikely to maintain a remissive state without meds.
