Remicade babies and vaccines

Hi everyone,
I was on remicade throughout my pregnancy, and had the baby 2 months ago. I heard that since he was exposed to remicade in utero, I have to wait for him to get certain vaccines... Has anyone heard of this before? Please advise, thanks so much.

Yep, to what scifigal said. Just no live vaccines until 6 months.

Typically the only live vaccine is the rotavirus vaccine. Check with your pediatrician to be sure. I was on Humira when my kids were young and the pediatrician told me to stay away from their diapers for a few days after they got the Rotavirus vaccines since things were eliminated that way. Yay, a break from diaper duty! (I'm a dad so in utero wasn't a factor.)
