You're most welcome LisaLee, glad to be able to help out a bit.
I don't blame you one bit when it comes to avoiding diarrhea at all costs.
I take mass transit daily, in total, 2 hours per day. One train, New Jersey Transit has bathrooms and it's comforting knowing there's a bathroom there if really needed. However, I switch over at Newark Penn Station and get on the PATH to WTC, no bathrooms. That's about
25 minutes I sure as heck don't need to be worried about
diarrhea.
That's fantastic about
getting back to an exercise regiment. Getting pooped out, not literally of course but figuratively is exactly what you're in need of. :)
Hopefully a nice steady routine will get you back to sleeping at night, a good, full night of rest. The exercise is going to make you feel better mentally and physically.
Maybe try some meditation as well an hour or so before going to bed. I use an app called, "Relax Melodies: Sleep zen sounds & white noise for meditation, yoga and baby relaxation."
You can use it to get to sleep and stay asleep, may be worth a try.
