does anyone have any easy way to make a yummy smoothie but I'm lactose intolerant. Can't I just put ice in first, then some raspberry, strawberry, little bit of blueberry, some of that vanilla whey protein, and mix it up? I don't want to cause myself anymore kidney stones since I get them frequently, but it know the whey protein from the health food store is important. . My choices of fruit are a bit limited also. But raspberry, strawberry are okay then blueberry, and mandarin oranges are good too but just in a little lesser quantity. Any recipes please help, I'm trying knock off some weight while I'm at it. Thanks
