You should get a stool sample done, they will know right off the bat if you have C.Diff bacteria. You will have a gurgling sound in your tummy, not like normal Crohns cramps, bad diarrhea I had a bad taste in my mouth, no fevers but lots of diarrhea. I was on Flagyl for 3 weeks & now I am good, it is gone. How are you feeling?

I have cramps and episodes of neusea

I have been told that I am suffering from haemorrhagic colitis. I was sent for a colonoscopy which showed no polyps. I have no pain and occasionally go into remission for up to six months. However, any stress will bring on a full blown episode of bleeding, gas and upset stomach. My diet is healthy and balanced and my weight is under control and I am in my mid sixties. I am worried about the amount of blood that I am losing. Should I be taking iron supplements or can anyone suggest anything that might help?
