Help! Wall thickening of jejunum?

Hello there! I have been out through the ringer over the past year with a dx of UC. Most recent colonoscopy was clear, however I'm still having almost constant constipation. And if it's not constipation it's diarrhea. I'm still miserable so I feel like something else must be going on. I had a capsule endoscopy that showed nothing but 2 cts that showed only mild wall thickening in the proximal jejunum. Could that have anything to do with the constipation? And I'm assuming if I'm having issues in my jejenum obviously I'm not dealing with UC at all... I'm hoping to see a new GI dr soon as my last dr is too busy to explain anything to me. Has anyone had this issue? Any advice? Anyone deal with constipation more than D?

Thank you JaSanne! I hope I can get some answers too. My husband and I would like to have a baby soon but I want to make sure things are okay and I'm in remission and healthy before. I just wish I had a dr that I felt was helpful!
