Ok so currently 8 am doing entyvio every 4 weeks. I'm still bleeding daily and have urgency issues. Gi wants me to start Uceris and Methotrexate. Any thoughts. Not a Mtx fan and only tried Uceris 1 time when I was super sick.

I did all those things and didn't respond, but what else is there? Uceris is better than prednisone but I responded to pred really quickly, and barely had any response to uceris. The first time I took Uceris, I idd well, but the flare was mild. The second time, the flare was much more moderate/severe and it didn't touch the inflammation.

I am currently on methotrexate & Remicade. My GI didn't feel that Entivo would help as I was in a very bad flare (in the hospital 5 days). I tried Uceris before I was hospitalized & it didn't touch the inflammation. Not a fan of the Methroxate either. I've had a fever the last 2 time I've taken it. Been on it for 6 weeks along with Remicade. I am much better now than I was 2 months ago. Good luck.

I had good experiences with Uceris. It helped where 60 mg of oral prednisone would not stop the bleeding anymore. Uceris with Azathioprine got me into remission. I'm still on the Azathioprine today.
