Has anyone else had throat and mouth problems? I have been having on and off mouth sores for a long time now ......the last week or so my throat has been terribly sore ,.....I'm sure there are ulcers in my esophagus....having an endoscopy on Tues, but just wondered if anyone else has had similar experiences! Thanks

When I first got sick, my mouth was on fire!
I lost count of how many mouth sores I had in there.
I would just suck on ice chips all night and not want to eat.
It was really tough for my parents to watch. :(
But it all subsided once I was put on medication.
What meds are you on?

I'm on Entyvio, and I can only drink warm tea or water ....cold and sweet hurt!

Yes, I've had it in my throat. I kept getting the worse sore throats. I thought I had strep, but never did. Turned out to be Crohn's, and it went away when I got the rest of the flare under control. Like they say, from the anus to the lips, unfortunately!

Thanks Jennifer, sounds like me ....2 strep tests this week ....I've falways felt it might be the Crohns ....you learn to know your body well, hopefully endoscopy will find out for sure!!
