Mine is really low....18 and I have active c.difficile, which is supposed to drive the fecal calprotectin up, so it is confusing. We think my Crohn's is in remission, but I am having a lot of symptoms, so I don't know. I have read that if your disease is primarily in your small intestine and not your colon, then the fecal calprotectin is not as accurate.
