Need Help!

I'm new to this site and will tell my story another time since I'm just too sick and tired of being sick and tired of this DD. As of now I've been drinking Peptamen 1.5 for the past 4 months since I can't eat anything without terrible pain. Colonoscopy around that time where I was 40% blocked and fully ulcerated around my anastomosis ....site where I had an ileocolic resection 3 years ago. When I push on the site where it hurts it sounds like I'm passing gas only inside. Have green (sorry for description) diarrhea so not really passing gas outwardly. Is this normal? I'm on Entyvio 2 doses so far since I've been on everything else and this is my last shot. Lost 20 lbs in 4 months and scared out of my mind. Had this for almost all my life and it's over 25 years now.

You're right that it really sucks to be sick and I am sorry you are going through such a rough time. Hopefully after a few more rounds of Entyvio you will start to feel much better. I am with Gumby44 that Prednisone while evil can go a long way towards helping with the inflammation. Have you talked to your doctor about the gas when pushing and any other problems you see or feel? Sometimes we just have to be proactive with this disease and bug our doctors when something doesn't seem right. I hope you find some relief soon and get to eat something other than Peptamen 1.5 when you start to feel better.
