If you have a juicer definitely try it - I juice as often as I can, and use mostly veggies to keep the sugar content low and keep my body more alkaline (as opposed to acidic, which is when I find more problems crop up) - my go-to juice is (all organic) kale, cucumber, celery, lemon, apple and ginger. If I'm finding myself feeling fatigue or just know that I'm not getting enough nutrition, this is an easy way to get some good vitamins into your body without the extra work of too much digestion. Start slow though, as obviously too much can cause diarrhea in some people.
