I would be absolutely amazed if I wasn't. Have just emerged from a British winter where I saw the sun for about 5 minutes, but even in the summer I'm not out in the sun loads. I get up too late and I just don't go out that much. I'm not trying to lose weight at the moment, but I wouldn't say the weight exactly falls off me. It never has done though, so I'm not sure how significant that is.
The NHS doesn't do vitamin D tests, so I'm wondering whether it's worth paying £28 to have it tested privately. I could just start supplementation but I would like a baseline first.
D is important for so many things, think it would be worth it if you can afford it!
