I don't know the answers to your jaw clenching/mouth guard questions, but I'm sorry you are feeling so much stress! Have you ever tried taking a mindfulness meditation or yoga class. Even self hypnosis for relaxation seems like it might be a good idea before bed. There are tons of online courses, but an in person class might be even more useful. I'm thinking that if you can train your brain to relax before you go to sleep, then maybe the jaw clenching will stop....and there is always xanax
