Having symptoms on Imuran

I have Crohns colitis and take 150 Mg's. of Imuran daily. My last colonoscopy showed some narrowing and scarring, otherwise doc said things looked pretty good. I have been on Imuran for 8 months. Lately I am having quite a bit of mucus with small bits of stool when I have a BM. I also feel unwell, can only eat small snacks (used to be able to eat like a truck driver) and have nausea a lot. I have lots of urgency to go, too. Is the Imuran not working? Is this normal?

When was the last colonoscopy, because that sounds like the beginnings of a flare.

I had one done in January 2016. I also forgot to mention that I have awful fatigue. Wondering if it is a flare or the Imuran!

The fatigue could be down to both. It's impossible to tell sometimes.

I'd get in touch with your doctor and say you think you are having a flare-up. He/she will probably start with blood/stool tests and go from there.
