Best place to purchase florastor

Good Evening,
So many of you have mentioned Florastor probiotics for my 20 y/old son who has had C - Diff twice and most likely has had or does have SIBO. I finally convinced him (using advice from this ever - so - helpful - forum) to try them and he has had great results! turn I also know that I have been given various ideas of where to purchase them. Does Costco have the best prices? Is it O.K. to order online and with what company? Thanks for any ideas! I am so grateful they seem to be helping him - at least for now!

Also: Can he mix probiotics? Yeast based with non yeast based?

Yes, he can mix probiotics, and I think the generic of Florastor should be just fine and will save you money. I don't know the best place to order them....I guess you just have to check and compare prices. I have used drugstore.com. They have free delivery and often have good prices. We don't have a Costco in my town yet. Glad to hear he is doing better!

I think that Costco is where I've found the cheapest for Florastor. Also, your GI might have samples to give you for free.

Saccharomyces boulardii is the generic name for Florastor

I take Florastor daily and tried the generic which made me flare. I immediately stopped it and started on the name brand and was fine after that so just use caution if you have an issue, it could be the generic version. Hopefully you wont have a problem but just wanted to share my experience.
I purchase mine at CVS bc they usually have buy one get one half price sales.

I ordered mine off of Amazon. Florastor - 50 count, 250mg $35.80.
What are the other probiotics that you combine with this? I have taken Culterelle too.

Thanks - good to know the generic may not be the best option. My son takes Culterelle and has had no problem with it. He is remaining on it with Florastor and so far seems to work. I think I will use Amazon prime since we don't currently have a Costco membership or one in our city (but one 20 minutes away). I am so pleased how well Florastor seems to currently be working!
