Caremark/CVS & Express Scripts cutting lots of meds effective 2017

I just read an article that the above two are making big cuts of meds they will no longer cover effective 2017. They used the term hyperinflation on some of these medications. You can go to their web sites to view the complete lists. I am posting this here because Simponi is one that is listed.

If you will be changing coverage in 2017 or on a medication that is being dropped you will need to come up with possibly a new plan of action.

I saw that Cimzia is being removed as well. Stating biosimilar options like Humira and Remicade are preferred. However the 100 mg Simponi for UC is not being removed, possibly just the dose for RA?

Thanks for the links. It sucks that they cut some ibd meds but thankfully my meds are still covered.
