Best drink to mix with Miralax for colonoscopy prep?

I'm scared to death of the prep. It has always made me really sick. I am having a colonoscopy on Tuesday and I'm worried sick because the last one I had was in 2009 and they found cancer growing polyps which I was supposed to have one every year after that but I never did because no insurance. I'm also worried about the prep because it always makes me really sick. This will be my first time using Miralax so I hope it goes better. Please keep me in your prayers. Scared 57 year old grandma.

I like dikid's idea to take zofran though I have never used the two together. I personally found miralax to be the least offensive of preps and cause me the least problems. The main issue is that you have to consume so much. I like to only have liquids for a day or two before and it makes going to the bathroom easier. I also drink it with a straw all the way at the back of my mouth so the least amount hits my tongue so I don't taste it to much. I try to distract myself with music if I'm really nauseous and I drink the clear broth from chicken soup with it and apple juice. Do what you can to help yourself stay calm and prevent any added nausea from being upset(I know that's easier said than done) sending positive thoughts your way!

I'm going to drink water with the Miralax bowel prep. But drink Gatorade (which I find too sweet for the bowel prep) to drink it before, during,and after I drink the bowel prep so I don't get dehydrated
