very high protein diets are not very good as they tax the kidneys
depending on what meds you are you should be careful with getting too much protein especially at a time
baked sweet potatotes/ butternut squash
pureed soups might be good ways to get veggies and fill up on healthier things
can also make veggie soups and just eat the broth, someone else lucky will get all the yummy veggies
also, make your grains as health of grains as you can (if you can tolerate whole grains, things like oatmeal, barley, quinoa...)
eating softer protients (fish, well cooked chicken, ground beef) as opposed to really tough ones might be easier on your digestive tracts
