I don't think it's terribly likely you have Crohn's, but it's possible. The only thing which will rule it out or confirm it is testing, which the specialist should organise.
IBS doesn't cause bleeding, so it won't be that. But you could have haemorrhoids.
Thanks for the response. The biggest thing I'm worried about
is the fact that the fissure looks to be off to the side considering where i see the blood on the movement. These two quotes make me the most worried.
