Colonoscopy Prep Question

Tomorrow I do my prep for colonoscopy.

In the past, I was prescribed a different drug than Miralax and it made me feel terrible and bloated and didn't even start working until I tried to go to bed. I was miserable. I also hated the split dose prep.

For my last colonoscopy, I used the typical Miralax Gatorade prep and it worked better on my stomach.

My question is do you think I should take the drug (Prepopik) my doctor prescribed this time or is it okay to go with the Miralax/Gatorade? Just wondering what anyone else had experienced if they had a less clear colonoscopy because of that. I would hate to have an unclear test, but the prescribed laxatives were terrible for me :(

I'd go for Miralax Gaatorade...! I had my first this year (over 50) and it was very clear. My son with Crohn's has used this combo for his many colonoscopies and all were "excellent condition." And my husband too! Hope it goes well whatever you take :)!
