Problems after perianal abscess surgery

I got diagnosed with perianal abscess in mid of oct and finally got the op done in 3rd week of oct. Wound healing took almost a month, doctor also prescribed me antibiotics and multi vitamins for next 2-3 weeks. Once things looked settling down, I started having boils/furuncles in the neighbouring areas. First a small one occurred on the upper part of right testicle from which I took the pus out after 3-4 days. At the same time, one more occurred on the left hip which got settled after the doc punctured it. When I asked him why they are happening and if they are related to the surgery, doctor said they are not and recommended a dermatologist. I didn't see anyone and thought it would be now over. After few days, a small boil occurred just outside the nose. At that time, I got the diabetics test also done which came out to be -ve (diabetics not detected). Now, few days back, one big furuncle appeared on the left thigh which is very painful. I checked with my family doc and he said they are natural post this op and prescribed zifi 200 (antibiotic) for 1 week.

I am very confused now and don't know the real cause behind all this. It is taking a toll on my work and family life and I am scared of even thinking about the abscesses again.

Is this natural? Has anyone faced similar problems? How long does it take to become everything normal again? Pl share your experience and opinions. Thanks.

Thanks. I had this abscess / boil again near the left groin and the doctor again put me on antibiotics for 1 more week and asked me to apply some ointment. After 2-3 days, puss came out of that and it started healing. I just hope it doesn't appear again.
