what could it be?crohn's disease, tumor,cancer?

You should see a gastroenterologist. The doctor will probably due a work up with a colonoscopy and some sort of scanning of your small intestine, either an abdominal CT scan or a small bowel follow through test. And no, one CT scan is very unlikely to cause cancer itself....it that is what is recommended, then you should do it. They may also order an MRI which poses no radiation risk. There are a lot of different diseases that can cause abdominal pain and without a full medical workup it will be impossible to figure out what is wrong. Sorry you are having such a hard time. A colo-rectal surgeon does re-sections, but you are getting way ahead of yourself. If you can find a good Gastroenterologist, that's where you should start.

Upper right quadrant pain could also be an indication of gallstones.

Well I will certainly see a gastroenterologist again after all of your suggestions.but they sometimes not always writes this off as simple ibs.I probably have to put some pressure to give me those not so easy test.and check me thoroughly.

here is the details how the problem begun.its a lot of text so take your time.it was written before the first post so contain some similar info but more detailed/elaborate description.hope you don't get annoyed reading this.

I am adding the details of my abdominal pain below.Its quite big and not really very organized.
I kind of wrote it as i could remember the developments of my pain.So it may seem quite not in right order.sorry about that.Take your time read it in multiple sittings if you wish.Some of my questions may have been written twice for adding extra info or details or even more questions.Sorry about that too.Sorry for the long text ahead.

I have been suffering from this disease for some time now.I am really not sure what it is.I am reading things on internet and sometimes i thinks its crohn's disease, sometimes i thinks its tumor or cancer in my small or large intestine, sometimes i thinks its my liver going bad.

In march of 2014 i begun to have pain in my right ankle after walking for half an hour
more or less.at first the pain was tolerable.but after a month or two the pain became more serious.So I went to the orthopedic doctor and he give me some pain medicine
and some physical therapy like wax heating(whatever its called) on my right foot ankle
it was around june of 2014 and after having that wax heating therapy things didn't really improve much.there was still pain.so i kind of gave up.

Still i found some magic in those naproxen tablets cause if i took those I could walk around and go outside.
now after taking those naproxen 500(these tablets included 20 mg esomeparzole though i am supposed take those prazole medicine before eating i mostly forgot about that and i am not sure how those esomeprazole were effective because how i took them built-in with naproxen 500) for couple of months daily I begun to have abdominal pains like pins poking inside my gut.

so these time went to liver doctor after doing a ct scan test on his prescription I showed there was a tiny stone in left kidney and then I read naproxen and all other pain medicines cause kidney damages.
So now i stop taking those pain medicine cause i don't need more harm for my kidney also at the same time i read those pain med cause intestinal damage etc.so i stopped but now my right foot ankle pain went quite high and now i go back to orthopedic doctor again and he gives me this ct scan guided Fnac test which I took and it's report said i had bone tb on my right ankle.


So i started taking tb medicine for a one year course from around October 2014 and completed it around October 2015.but around same time like October/November of 2014 I begun to notice some strange pain/feeling on the upper right side of my abdomen.
at first the feeling was like tickling or some times as if some thing is pressing down on my guts at that area for a few minutes.It would come suddenly and went away after a few minutes.also there was some gap like 8-12 days between that pressing pain would come back again.It would come suddenly like when i am walking or sitting.

so at January 2015 i went to gastroenterologist and i asked him to perform a endoscopy.It all was good.nothing bad in stomach,he gave all kind of advice like lowering weight eating less fried foods etc.
Now gradually that pressing feeling that would come and go every few days became more and more regular with gaps coming down to 4-5 days and right now there is this random breaks like sometimes no pains for 3-5 days and then pain for days continuously.And the pain is now quite different like it burns just above naval and just under right rib cage.Some times it feels some thing is trying to make a tunnel or hole through my abdomen with a stinging/burning/sharp pain.Also when the pain is bad in my abdomen my eyes start hurting too like pins and needles type of pain on my eyes.I have read crohn's causes uvetis which is very serious.Also when ever I feel stressful my abdominal pain come back roaring.And I just cant seem to avoid stress. (:


Also the pain varies from intensity to how it feels.most times it feels full or lumpy in that right upper abdominal area.Sometimes it feels like that lump have friction against the bowels inside and sometimes it feels like its having friction against the inside wall of my abdomen.It feels quite a lot of pressure at those areas.Also when it is quite intense pain it feels likes its poking my abdomen and trying make hole through my abdomen.Yes I read some where that crohn's disease can cause fistula or tunnel between loops of bowel or between bowel and abdomen.that's why i am mentioning this.

I am uncertain about what to do.I want a doctor to diagnose this pain whether it's crohn's or tumor in colon or intestine.But am really afraid to do the colonoscopy.I fear it might damage my colon or something.
I wish there was some kind of blood test or some thing like that to diagnose crohn's dieseas.Do you guys know about any easy non invasive test for diagnosing crohn's dieseas so I could ask a gastroenterologist to give me the easier test instead of that colonoscopy.


So what I want to know is how did you diagnose your crohn' disease if it was in small intestine/bowel?As I know coloncopy will only see the big intestine/bowel and not more.So which test did you take to diagnose crohn's disease or tumor/cancer in small intestine/bowel?would love to avoid test like endoscopy.rather prefer blood tests,urine test.cause endoscopy make me quite tense.I already had this test twice once ten years ago and another two years ago.not really very pleasnt.

Another question how did you diagnose crohn's disease and or tumor/cancer in your large intestine/bowel aslo called colon?Is there any substitue to colonocopy?Like blood and stool test or any other less invasive test.Never had this test before and afraid if i do this test something might go wrong.I read this test can lead to perforation of bowel.Which is also very serious.

Another important question which type of doctor does these operations?I have seen colorectal sugeons who are piles disease specialist written on their card.Do they operate on colon/large intestines only?If so then which type of doctor do those resection etc operation for crohn's disease/tumor/cancer on small intestines?basically what i am asking do they have separate kind of doctor for small and large intestine operations or just one type of doctor for small and large intestine operation?what are those doctor called?Btw do gastroenterologist only give medicine and do endoscopy and colonoscopy?do they not do these intestine operations(small and large)?

Which way should I go? cause my pain is in right upper abdomen area.the pain some times also felt around that area like just bellow of right upper abdomen.also when the pain becomes intense that area of abdomen feels quite warm and during intense pain some times I have fever though not always.But when ever I feel fever with intense pain I start taking ciprocin for two weeks because i I know something bad is going on.Cause I only know that works somehow to reduce/cure it or if you prefer causes the remission even if its for a few weeks or a month I take it.

Certainly some of you are taking way more powerful medicine due to your disease in much advanced condition.but i am really have no idea how bad is my condition and if it is actually crohn' disease.Though from online reading and symptoms I highly think crohn's is very much possible not to mention worse things like tumor or even cancer.

Btw i met a liver disease specialist 4 months ago and he gave me this ursodeoxycholic acid tablets for six months.He thinks the pain might be because of fatty liver.I am taking this tablet for over four months.But I dont feel like there is any substantial improvement to my condition.Infact with my stress level going high the pain is back in full force.Unfortunately these pains are uniqe to each of us so cant really compare it with others.the pain changes from intense burning to likes it trying to pierce through my abdomen.some times it feels like there is some lump friction against my bowels and abdominal wall.

My writing is jumbled because i cant really remember all the important details and questions in right order or as serially as they happened.

if you are still worried about perforations with the scope ask the doctor if the procedure can be done in a hospital or surgical center.
